Innanzitutto dimenticatevi officine polverose , operatori imbrattati di olio, pericolose pile di gomme usate dappertutto ed uffici in disordine. Qui nell’officina regna l’ordine e la pulizia, i pavimenti brillano, gli arredamenti sono lucidi, le gomme ordinate su appositi scaffali. Il titolare ed il figlio ti accolgono con una tuta da lavoro perfettamente pulita, ti fanno accomodare in un ufficio confortevole e spazioso, e sanno trovare la migliore soluzione per le tue esigenze dedicandoti tutto il tempo necessario ed usando comportamenti gentili. E poi il servizio: è velocissimo e viene fatto uso di apparecchiature nuovissime. Mentre loro operano, vieni fatto accomodare in una bella sala d’aspetto dove puoi continuare a lavorare (nel mio caso) , usare se vuoi il Wi-Fi e nel frattempo tramite una vetrina osservare il lavoro sulla tua macchina. Se vuoi, un buon caffè o acqua sono a disposizione. Infine, si viene anche omaggiati di un piccolo ma sempre apprezzato regalo! Insomma, io non ho mai visto un servizio così impeccabile e consiglio a tutti davvero di provare per credermi o anche solo per conoscere i titolari di questa splendida officina di professionisti.
