Matteo si preoccupa non solo del risultato ma anche della esperienza che il cliente vive, ( esperienze che in questo settore sono spesso traumatiche), andando incontro ad esigenze e necessità. Non ho avuto sorprese spiacevoli tra preventivo e prezzo reale (cosa anche questa che accade sovente). Io non l'ho fatto, ma con il senno di poi lo consiglio, meglio affidargli il pacchetto chiavi in mano. Recommended across the board: precision, punctuality, high customer orientation.
