Ci rivolgiamo all’avvocato Bertocchi in base alla nomea ed alle recensioni in merito al proprietario del nostro capannone commerciale, in quanto ce lo ha affittato con un piano non agibile, spieghiamo tutto quanto ed iniziamo a sborsare i fiori di quattrini: GIUSTISSIMO! Se non fosse per il fatto che in aula non si presenta mai lui ma suoi delegati, non è riuscito a risolvere la questione con il nostro ex proprietario e nel momento in cui gli togliamo l’incarico perché ci rendiamo conto che non è serio ed affidabile come ci aspettavamo, ci ha citato in causa perché non volevamo saldargli l’ultima fattura (comprendeva anche il costo di chiamate a minuti, scritto nel contratto stipulato con il suo studio). Date le circostanze il nostro attuale avvocato ci ha consigliato di saldare il tutto, essendo Bertocchi povero d’animo e squallido come persona ma nel contempo astuto (quando vuole). Cosa dire?
