Gli chiedi di farti una ricetta con sopra 2 o 3 richieste, e ti fa tre ricette separate, così da spendere il triplo all'ospedale.
E se glielo fai notare s'incazza pure!
Sarebbe dovuto andare in pensione anni fa.

You ask him to make you a recipe with over 2 or 3 requests, and he makes you three separate recipes, so as to spend three times at the hospital.
And if you point it out to him he gets pissed off too!
