Qualche giorno fa sono stata per la prima volta nel salone Matisse per un restyling dei capelli: meches e taglio. Cristina ha lavorato a lungo e sapientemente cercando di salvaguardare quanto più possibile la salute dei capelli. Tuttavia, una volta arrivata a casa, mi sono resa conto che il risultato, in termini di colore, non era quello che avrei voluto. Ci siamo sentite il giorno successivo e, compatibilmente con i numerosi impegni per i giorni prima di Pasqua, mi ha fissato un nuovo appuntamento prima possibile. È stata molto comprensiva e si è resa disponibile a riprendere le meches come avrei voluto, assumendosene totalmente il costo.
