Ho provato due materassi diversi ed entrambi danno mal di schiena. Soldi buttati... evitatelo se potete Bad experience, low quality products, no preparation by the seller and zero availability. Lei venne da me, (mi ricordo benissimo di lei), con una richiesta ben precisa: un materasso duro! Dopo svariate prove arriviamo a scegliere un materasso con 700 molle. Dopo pochi gg mi richiama per dire che il materasso non era quello giusto. Lo sostituiamo con uno più flessibile col "memory" da un lato. Dopo pochi gg mi richiama per dire che il materasso non era quello giusto. Le feci notare che la rete a doghe in suo possesso era di pessima fattura e che andava cambiata. Ha provveduto da solo. Dopo pochi gg mi richiama per dire che la situazione era molto migliorata. Fine. Per quanto tempo ancora avremmo dovuto continuare a cambiare materasso?! Quanti tipi e quanti viaggi avrei dovuto ancora fare per accontentarla?! Sono stato molto disponibile e premuroso, con certe persone però, può essere controproducente. Se lei ha dei problemi non può dare la colpa agli altri! Poi con quale criterio e con quale competenza definisce i miei prodotti"INFIMI". Stefano e la sua famiglia sono molto gentili, simpatici e disponibili, sono molto professionali e hanno i prodotti migliori del mercato, hanno vasta scelta sia per i materassi sia per i letti, ne ho acquistato uno per mio figlio con contenitore ad alzata laterale, è perfetto, bellissimo, consegnato a casa e montato da loro, insomma niente da dire!
