Andrea, e sia per la disponibilità e professionalità. Anche i tempi di consegna rispettati, e non è scontato in questo periodo storico. Dopo 12 giorni dall'ordine il materasso è stato consegnato! Nulla da eccepire tutto perfetto! We went back to get a new Dorelan mattress. 14 years ago we had known this store (Tuscolano area) and we had found ourselves well both for the advice of Mr. Andrea, and for both availability and professionalism. Delivery times also respected, and it is not taken for granted in this historical period. After 12 days from the order the mattress was delivered! Nothing to complain everything perfect!

E sono soddisfatta. Potrei solo dire alla Dorelan che l'involucro del materasso è troppo imbottito e per questo duro? Unica pecca e non del negoziante. Kindness, courtesy, customer care. La gentilezza l’accortezza e la velocità con cui ho risolto il problema ordinandolo da loro è stata lodevole, dopo aver girato tantissimo e i tempi di attesa erano di 30 gg circa , con andrea ho risolto in 10 .
