S	Salvatore Errico on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho da poco acquistato dei materassi e volevo dirvi di fare attenzione alla spedizione, in quanto la Sig. ra Francesca che si occupa delle spedizioni per farvi credere che vi fa un buon prezzo non vi dice che il materasso vi verrà consegnato giù al palazzo e quindi una persona che abita al 9' piano se la prende a quel servizio. Della qualità del prodotto non posso ancora parlare perché ci vuole un po di tempo per capire ma se anche quello dovesse essere negativo scriverò un'altra recensione in quanto non stiamo parlando di pochi euro ma di una bella cifra. In più ci tengo a precisare che al momento in cui ho chiamato il materassificio per spiegargli l'inconveniente mi è stato detto che il loro lavoro finisce quando danno la merce allo spedizioniere, quindi in poche parole si sono lavate le mani e quindi fregandosene del problema che il cliente ha avuto. Al momento dell'ordine mi è stato chiesto l'indirizzo e a che piano abitassi quindi ora la risposta sotto la mia recensione è solo un'arrampicata sugli specchi in quanto se è ovvio che la consegna viene effettuata scaricando la merce sotto al palazzo non vedo perché mi viene fatta la domanda del piano in cui abitassi. Comunque concludo che la recensione negativa c'è tutta e sottolineo un'altra cosa che la merce non è stata nemmeno sigillata bene infatti in un angolo c'era anche del nero che mi è rimasto sul tessuto I recently bought mattresses and I wanted to tell you to pay attention to the shipment, as Ms. Francesca, who takes care of the shipments to make you believe she makes you a good price, does not tell you that the mattress will be delivered down to the building and therefore a person who lives on the 9th floor takes that service. Cliente datata,insieme alla mia famiglia,ci siamo trovati sempre al top e la proprietaria è sempre stata molto cordiale e disponibile. Showroom ampio,con una vasta esposizione di materassi, di produzione propria essendo fabbria, divani e,letti contenitori. Tutto made in Italy e con relative certificazioni. Lo consiglio,essendo uno dei pochi materassifici fabbrica in zona. Complimenti. Excellent sales point, in addition to the polite and qualified staff. A dated client, together with my family, we have always been at the top and the owner has always been very friendly and helpful. Large showroom, with a vast display of mattresses, of own production being the factory, sofas and container beds. All made in Italy and with related certifications. I recommend it, being one of the few mattress factories in the area. Well done.
