La prima è quella professionale ed è eccellente, dato che dovevo risolvere un problema non facile per un letto regolabile con materasso speciale e una poltrona elettrica per mia madre anziana e con problemi di deambulazione e alla spina dorsale. Grazie alla competenza del signor Edmondo abbiamo trovato le soluzioni perfette, tanto che ho deciso di cambiare anche il letto e il materasso dell'altra camera che utilizzo saltuariamente io. La seconda parte è quella umana. Essendo io fuori Roma per lunghi periodi per lavoro, mia madre ha trovato nell'assistenza, nella spiegazione e nell'aiuto del signor Lucidi, di sua moglie e del suo staff il perfetto supporto. E se la parte professionale ha per me grande valore, questa seconda è unica ed impagabile. Grazie molte e buon lavoro. I divide this review into two parts. The first is the professional one and it is excellent, as I had to solve a difficult problem for an adjustable bed with a special mattress and an electric chair for my elderly mother and with walking and spine problems. Thanks to the expertise of Mr. Edmondo we found the perfect solutions, so much so that I decided to change the bed and mattress in the other room that I use occasionally. The second part is the human one. Being out of Rome for long periods for work, my mother found the perfect support in the assistance, explanation and help of Mr. Lucidi, his wife and his staff. And if the professional part is of great value to me, this second is unique and priceless. Thanks a lot and good luck.

Abbiamo acquistato due materassi, ma siamo arrivati in negozio senza avere idea di cosa comprare. Il signor Lucidi ci ha accompagnato nella scelta passo per passo, indirizzandoci e chiarendo qualsiasi dubbio potessimo avere, con una cortesia e una disponibilitá davvero speciali. Dopo l'acquisto e l'arrivo del podotto a casa abbiamo ricevuto persino una sua chiamata, per sapere come ci trovavamo con i materassi. Mai incontrato un venditorie cosi professionale, gentile, paziente e sopratutto appassionato. Siamo stati due ore e mezzo in sua compagnia durante le quali abbiamo provato e riprovato tutti i materasssi dettagliatamente illustrati da lui con una passione e una professionalità mai viste prima. Se cercate IL materasso e non UN qualsiasi materasso..andate da lu...perché davvero merita tutti i migliori clienti del mondo!!
