Mi hanno fatto attendere 5 minuti per le verifiche del caso e hanno dato ok alla riparazione
Dopo solo 1h ho riavuto il telefono funzionante
Che dire ? Personale cordiale e disponibile
Semplicemente "mostruosi", mai visto un'efficienza simile

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato un telefono Samsung s6edge in garanzia con problemi di display fotocamera e batteria telefono integro e leggermente usurato alla. Consegna dopo aver esposto il problema del display integro e senza graffi mi è stato detto che il display non poteva essere cambiato perché si era rotto tramite una botta ma il. Telefono non aveva urti ne sul display e nemmeno sulle altre parti del telefono l'unica cosa che aveva è la pittura argento laterale sbiadita allorché sentendomi dire che non era possibile la sostituzione in garanzia dopo che le operatrici li e i tecnici cosiddetti poiché solo a vederlo subito hanno esposto l'esito che era stato un urto che aveva provocato la rottura del display e che si per loro il graffietto sul laterale del telefono è definito urto e perciò se volevo cambiare il display è aggiustare la batteria e la fotocamera dovevo sborsare 220 euro per il display e poi aggiustare il resto in garanzia. Comunque voglio precisare che sono persone poco professionali e saputello inquanto ciò che dicono loro èra verità e ciò che affermavano io era una frottole sta di fatto che ho portato il telefono in un altro centro assistenza tecnica Samsung e mi hanno sostituito il tutto in garanzia perciò lo sono sconsiglio vivamente a. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ telefono spedito da voi in un centro assisteza ufficiale huawei di nome Smart srl a varese ,in tempi rapidissimi portato da Top Tel il 22 settembre , e spedito e arrivato a loro il 30 settembre ,su questo complimenti siete stati perfetti. premetto che siete il miglior centro samsung insieme a quella di casoria e premetto che voi non avete molte colpe.però ad oggi 8 novembre il mio telefono ancora non è stato ne visto ne riparato io ancora non ho il telefono.metto una stella perchè voi non avete sollecitato in alcun modo la faccenda mi disp siete caduti in basso . perchè non avere un telefonino dopo un mese e 20 giorni è una vergogna

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono dispiaciuto, la prima volta che andai pensai avessi trovato un ottimo centro con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo...ma nel andare per la seconda volta con lo stesso problema allo stesso telefono mi è stato fatto un prezzo differente e vi assicuro che non è un aumento della SAMSUNG,perché il problema lo risolto sempre in un centro samsung allo stesso prezzo della prima volta
