In Masutti ci sono validissimi artigiani con anni d'esperienza sulle spalle che possono operare con tecnologie e macchinari all'avanguardia.
Il recente cambio di proprietà si è concentrato sul mantenimento di tutte le buone qualità dell'azienda, sviluppandone le ambizioni e infondendo nuova linfa nel settore produttivo e R&S.
