S	Salvatore S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero entrato in MasterTuning Napoli con un po' di scetticismo, erano 5 mesi che giravo per meccanici, elettrauto e pompisti per risolvere un problema sulla mia auto. Ho tenuto il veicolo fermo da uno di loro per ben 2 mesi senza risolvere il problema. L'ultima spiaggia era Antonio e il suo Team, visto che la macchina era stata portata già a ben 6 persone. Arrivato sin da subito hanno capito quale fosse il problema (filtro anti particolato), non curanti del fatto che mesi prima un meccanico già me lo aveva fatto/avrebbe dovuto fare. Fatto sta che in una giornata di lavoro la macchina era pronta, il fastidioso problema presentatosi 5 mesi fa è sparito, l'auto va una meraviglia e ringraziare il Team sarebbe ancora troppo poco. Mi presenterò sicuramente da loro per qualche ritocco e in caso di altri problemi saranno un mio punto di riferimento. Provare per Credere! I kept the vehicle stopped by one of them for 2 months without solving the problem. The last beach was Antonio and his team, as the car had already been taken to 6 people. Arrived from the beginning they understood what the problem was (anti-particulate filter), not caring that months ago a mechanic had already done it for me / should have done. The fact is that in a day's work the car was ready, the annoying problem that appeared 5 months ago has disappeared, the car is a marvel and to thank the Team would still be too little. I will definitely introduce myself to them for some adjustments and in case of other problems they will be my point of reference. Seeing is believing!
G	Giuseppe Melone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato un'auto con un problema, spia avaria motore, non accellerava. Mi hanno detto che potevano risolverlo Ma... Sono andato con il problema e me ne sono andato da li CON il problema e 140euro in meno (richiesti 150 ma siccome avevo la carta hanno preso solo quelli liquidi che avevo). Altra officina, che ha risolto il problema, mi hanno detto che non era stato fatto niente a parte spegnere la spia di avaria motore. Mi attengo alle parole riferitemi, quindi, faccio 2+2. A me interessa chi mi risolve il problema... Se non me lo risolvi e mi chiedi i soldi, te li do, perché sono un signore non discuto... Però se poi mi viene detto da altri professionisti che il problema non era manco stato cancellato da centralina ma stata spenta solo la spia è una presa in giro allora per me questa non è un'officina affidabile.
