★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STATE ALLA LARGA DA QUESTI PRINCIPIANTI. (ma del resto il tono della risp. della Sig. Iryna qui sotto parla da se) Ho richiesto un Ex 1 per comprovare l'uscita di merce. Risposta via mail inesistente, ho quindi tel e il sig. C NON mi ha risposto ma si è limitato a dirmi che dovevo pagare (senza spiegare il perchè) cercando di troncare più volte la telefonata con "non ho più nulla da dire buona giornata". Non avendo avuto risposta alla mia domanda ho cercato di rifarla per capire come ottenere il documento; la risposta è stata ancora più ineducata "arrangiatevi con i vostri clienti". Servizio pessimo, personale maleducato e arrogante. Ho richiesto ai miei clienti di NON rivolgersi più a Masterclass per le pratiche doganali e inviterò anche tutti gli altri ns clienti dell'Est Europa a non farlo. Ah dimenticavo altra ciliegina sulla torta non appena ho esternato il mio disappunto per il servizio il gentile Sig. C. ha risposto: "Noi siamo il TOP sul mercato, 12000 clienti , arrivano da soli , non abbiamo bisogno di tenerli né di contattarli o cercarli.
Uno in più o uno in meno…." non credo ci sia altro da aggiungere se non IMPARATE A LAVORARE E A RELAZIONARVI CON LE PERSONE SOLO COSì SARETE IL TOP COME vi auto descrivete.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE BEGINNERS. (but after all the tone of Mrs. Iryna's reply below speaks for itself) I have requested an Ex 1 to prove the release of goods. Reply via mail non-existent, so I tel and mr. C did NOT answer me but just told me that I had to pay (without explaining why) trying to cut off the phone call several times with "I have nothing more to say good day". Not having received an answer to my question, I tried to repeat it to understand how to obtain the document; the answer was even more rude "make do with your customers". Bad service, rude and arrogant staff. I have asked my customers to NO longer contact Masterclass for customs procedures and I will also invite all our other Eastern European customers not to do so. Oh I forgot another icing on the cake as soon as I expressed my disappointment for the service the kind Mr. C. replied: "We are the TOP on the market, 12000 customers, they come alone, we don't need to keep them, contact them or look for them. .
One more or one less…. "I don't think there is anything else to add if you don't LEARN TO WORK AND RELATE WITH PEOPLE ONLY THIS IS HOW YOU WILL BE THE TOP AS you describe yourself.
