Amazing Pizza and Pinsa !! Excellent quality ingredients and aerated and highly digestible doughs! The variety is great and the quality above any other take-away pizzeria in town! Super recommended also as regards the managers, really super nice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono fermato alla colonnina che dista 300 MT dalla pizzeria per ricaricare l'auto elettrica e ho scoperto che la pizza in questo luogo è veramente fatta bene, impasto ottimo ben lievitato, cottura perfetta e ottimi gli ingredienti. Anche il personale molto cordiale e disponibile.

I stopped at the column which is 300 meters from the pizzeria to recharge the electric car and I discovered that the pizza in this place is really well done, excellent dough well leavened, perfect cooking and excellent ingredients. The staff are also very friendly and helpful.

Lievitazione perfetta, impasto leggero bello soffice. La pizza non è unta ma ricca e ben condita. Buonissima anche pomarola e mozzarella. Superconsigliato!
The best in Pistoia and its surroundings.
Perfect leavening, light and soft dough. The pizza is not greasy but rich and well seasoned. Also very good pomarola and mozzarella. Super recommended!
