Alla risposta "assolutamente no, ma al posto suo a sto punto la proverei ugualmente...". La nostra conoscenza è iniziata così e finita che ne abbiamo mangiate 3 e la seconda volta che ci siamo stati provandola con un altro impasto, semplicemente stratosferica! Meriterebbe probabilmente un' insegna più grande, comunque più degna della pizza che offre, fra le più buone mai assaggiate fino ad oggi. Ma forse e legittimamente, la scelta di non farlo è appositamente per evitare che un lavoro che si vede fatto con estrema passione, diventi stress, scelta di assolutissimo rispetto, se fosse fra l'altro, perchè loro poi sono una coppia ironica e simpaticissima, sentirsi presto a proprio agio è un attimo. Non è solo buona ,ma ha un sapore diverso da tutte le pizze che ho mangiato. Ampio spazio con qualche gioco per piccoli all'esterno. Facilità di parcheggio It's not really easy to find. Menù turistico appena accettabile (dipende da ciò che scegliete). Grande pecca per i cinofili: se hai un cane peluche no problem a stare sia in sala che fuori, cani taglia media sicuramente fuori, cani taglia grossa sembra che risultino un peso per il locale (danno l'impressione che se stà in auto è meglio). Ho mangiato la pizza, disponibile con diversi tipi di impasti (integrale, al kamut, tradizionale e alla pala cioè con il cornicione della pizza un po' più spesso) molto buona! Lo consiglio! Kind and prepared staff! I ate the pizza, available with different types of dough (wholemeal, kamut, traditional and al pala that is with the pizza edge a little thicker) very good! I advise!
