Il luogo è pulito e ordinato e sia Massimo che il suo staff sono gentilissimi e molto professionali. La cosa che ho apprezzato di più è il tempo che Massimo mi ha dedicato prima di procedere al lavaggio e al taglio; tempo durante il quale ha ascoltato le mie richieste e ha studiato come adattarle al mio capello e alla forma del mio viso. Ho ottenuto così un taglio personalizzato che riesco a gestire con facilità anche quando asciugo i capelli a casa. Esperienza ottima! I went to the Massimo Tinelli salon to make a cut. The place is clean and tidy and both Massimo and his staff are very kind and very professional. The thing I appreciated the most is the time that Massimo dedicated to me before proceeding with the washing and cutting; time during which he listened to my requests and studied how to adapt them to my hair and the shape of my face. So I got a custom cut that I can easily manage even when I dry my hair at home. Great experience!

Per non parlare poi della gentilezza e cortesia di tutto lo staff, sempre tutti molto garbati e discreti.
