Pronti salite il treno sta partendo, i conduttori Lisa, Paola, Pier Sandro e la loro mammma vi faranno fare un viaggio incredibilmente bello. Un viaggio nei loro trulli pulitissimi e con le loro cene magiche fatte di piatti della vera Puglia. Nodini mozzati a mano al momento, incapriata che è imbarazzante quanto buona. Piatti semplici ma fatti di materie prime incredibili della loro masseria e cucinati con rispetto della tradizione. Lo stracotto di maiale cotto in forno a legna.. Una cena che si svolge nella loro corte che sembra una location di un film...ma è tutto vero in questo caso... Amo recensire bene chi mette passione amore e sacrificio e l'oro ce l'hanno nel sangue. Un grazie a queste bellissime e semplici persone che oggi difficilmente si trovano. Grazie per il bel ricordo che avremo di voi delle stelle cadenti e della dolcissima Silvia. Posto stupendo una tipica masseria riadattata al servizio turistico senza alterare la propria immagine. Excellent simple and typical cuisine. Attentive and friendly staff. Ci si può trascorrere ore piacevolissime: oltre la cucina che offre squisiti prodotti della tradizione, e delle gustosissime mozzarelline preparate in sala da uno dei proprietari, si possono ammirare gli animali di allevamento ma, soprattutto, frammenti di storia antica delle masserie pugliesi, con esempi ben conservati di vasche per molitura delle olive e gli antichi torchi dei frantoi. La stessa masseria, molto accogliente e ben conservata, ci regala un tuffo nella storia del nostro bellissimo territorio! Farm A beautiful pier in a district of Monopoli.
