β β β β β Un posto meraviglioso, immerso tra gli ulivi, con sobrietΓ ed eleganza manifesta la sua tipicitΓ pugliese. Tutto davvero tanto accogliente, camere spaziose e luminose molto ben arredate. Particolarmente confortevole il letto, set di asciugamani e accappatoi morbidissimi!
Colazione squisita dal dolce al salato⦠e che dire della bellezza della piscina?!!
 A wonderful place, surrounded by olive trees, with sobriety and elegance manifests its Apulian typicality. All very welcoming, spacious and bright rooms very well furnished. Particularly comfortable the bed, set of towels and very soft bathrobes!
Delicious breakfast from sweet to savory ... and what about the beauty of the pool? !!

β β β β β A beautiful Masseria in the middle of nowhere with a small sized pool perfect for cooling down. A great place to disconnect and relax. Also a great base for exploring Puglia. While all staff are friendly and welcoming, we did experience a few hiccups, that could easily be avoided - sometimes offering a complementary drink can save the night ;)

β β β β β Masseria San Francesco is a beautiful hotel , the garden the pool and the rooms are spectacular . Service can be improved , staff not really attentive and their idea of entertaining the customers is somehow random and definitely not appealing , considering the type of hotel it is . Not sure if I can recommend this hotel !

β β β β β We spent a few days at Masseria San Francesco and we are just back home.
The place is nice and in accordance to the pictures and the service is acceptable although not exactly up to the level expected. Overall however we came out very disappointed with the treatment received and the lack of empathy of the management. We booked two rooms are we were travelling with a couple of friends. A few days before the trip our friends were informed that due to Covid situation the y had to proceed to a PCR test in order to enter Italy, they live in France and could not find any testing facility that could provide them a test with such a short notice. We informed the hotel several days before arriving and then again at check in. We where told that policy is clear and that we had to pay both rooms, no solution was offered at that moment and no empathy neither. Given the times we are all going through this was a very poor answer, later that night we received an email telling us that our friends could postpone their stay a couple of days so they could go through the testing. Giving the fact that they live 1000 km away that was not feasible.
Bottom line we would recommend you to search for a different place to stay in Puglia, there are plenty. We wont be going to Masseria San Franceso ever again and strongly recommend other options available, the region is clearly worth it.
