Abbiamo cenato nel patio interno, ordinando gli antipasti misti e due primi. Sono rimasto veramente impressionato dalla bontà e dalla delicatezza delle patate dolci con crema di broccoli e dalla parmigiana di melanzane, molto goduriosa! La ragazza che ci ha serviti molto carina e professionale, prezzi più che onesti! Grazie mille per la bella serata ?? One of the truest and most authentic experiences of our holiday: from the entrance you are amazed by the charm and beauty of the Masseria. We dined on the internal patio, ordering mixed starters and two first courses. I was really impressed by the goodness and delicacy of the sweet potatoes with broccoli cream and the eggplant parmigiana, very delicious! The girl who served us very nice and professional, prices more than fair! Thank you so much for a nice evening ??

Abbiamo cenato all'esterno, pur essendo agriturismo, qualche cane e gatto in più che gironzolava tranquillo.. a me che sono allergica ha creato disagio. Quello che hanno servito, pur essendo di qualità e della tradizione salentina, non era adeguato a quello che abbiamo pagato. The structure is very beautiful and well maintained, both outside and inside. Clean bathrooms with care also for the disabled. We dined outside, despite being a farm, a few more dogs and cats that wandered around quietly .. to me that I am allergic has created discomfort. What they served, despite being of quality and of the Salento tradition, was not adequate for what we paid.

Un ritmo lento a contatto con la natura e con persone che amano il loro lavoro e la loro terra. Le camere sono pulite ed accoglienti, la piscina un tocca sana per godersi momenti di relax, leggendo un libro o ascoltando il suono della natura. A cena ci siamo spesso trattenuti perché qui c'era tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno, cibo buono, location stupenda e relax. Noi viaggiavamo con un bambino ed un cagnolino ed anche loro sono stati felici di soggiornare qui. We spent 13 days at Masseria Galatea, it is a magical place for those in search of the true values of Salento. A slow pace in contact with nature and with people who love their work and their land. The rooms are clean and welcoming, the swimming pool is a healthy touch to enjoy moments of relaxation, reading a book or listening to the sound of nature. We often stayed for dinner because here there was everything we needed, good food, wonderful location and relaxation. We were traveling with a baby and a dog and they were happy to stay here too.

I	Itır on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For us it was a magical sunset, after a summer rain, seeing double rainbow on the fields, we arrived to this Masseria from Salento. A very lovely young couple have renovated this old farm house and trying to keep the Salento traditions alive, through the local food and genuine hospitality. We were their only guests on that day, and stayed only one night. What I still remember is how much they made effort to prepare a great dinner and breakfast for us, taking care of their guests with genuine hospitality. Time runs, it was already 2 years ago. I wish you all the best, hope you are doing very well and you see, we still remember what we received. Thank you very much!

Unfortunately he won't be able to work here anymore due to the insane policies of our government (mandatory va**ination to work if you're over 50) and to the lack of courage of his employer. I cannot say that you won't eat well here anymore, but if you want to preserve freedom in this world, you should probably avoid this place
K	Kerry Jean Lister on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an incredible meal at Masseria Galatea last night. The space is astonishingly beautiful and the food lives up to the environment and then some. Delicious traditional Puglian cuisine and some of the best wine I’ve had on our trip (we didn’t stray from the house wine which was exceptional). The service was warm and unobtrusive and they were playing Miles Davis and the Velvet Underground - what more could you ask for?! Thank you Angelita and team, we will return!
