Accoglienza inesistente, professionalità assente...unica preoccupazione era sapere se avevamo un'assicurazione per un intervento di cui non ci sono stati neanche forniti i dettagli....pagata la panoramica non si sono neanche degnati di farci un preventivo o definire degli appuntamenti per risolvere il problema. Quando abbiamo detto che sembrava quasi fossimo di troppo ci è stato risposto da una signora (segretaria, assistente alla poltrona o chi era lei non si è capito), che il dentista non le aveva riferito nulla e che quindi non poteva intervenire in alcun modo... Ce ne siamo andati delusi e sbigottiti dalla pessima esperienza che non auguriamo a nessuno. Bad experience! Reception non-existent, professionalism absent ... the only concern was to know if we had insurance for an intervention of which we were not even given the details .... paid for the overview they did not even deign to make us a quote or define appointments to solve the problem. Sono andata da questo "dottore" per una devitalizzazione, dopo neanche una settimana il dente ha iniziato a fare malissimo, e l'unica cosa che il Sig. Massaglia ha fatto per tutta risposta è stata appiattire completamente la superficie della corona del dente perchè, per quanto io dicessi che non fosse troppo alto, sosteneva con fermezza che fosse quello il problema. Anche dopo questa "pezza" continuavo a stare malissimo e mi è stato detto che "era impossibile" (come se io mi stessi inventando il dolore) Ho dovuto ri-spendere i soldi per far sistemare (e devitalizzare come si deve) il dente da un medico competente, perchè i materiali utilizzati dal Sig. Massaglia erano scadenti e si era creata un'infezione. 0 per la competenza, -10 per la cafonaggine nel non ascoltare minimamente cosa chiede il paziente. I could give 0. Il primo impianto risale a circa 20 anni fa.. MAI NESSUN PROBLEMA..negli anni ho dovuto ricorrere alle sue cure per altri tre impianti... il risultato ha sempre soddisfatto le mie aspettative e quelle dei miei famigliari ( miglie e bimba in cura ). Colgo l'occasione per ringraziare L assistente alla poltrona che oltre la professionalità dimostrata...negli anni ha sempre avuto pazienza... e cortesia..
