Tutte le portate erano squisite, per il dessert avrei però scelto qualcosa di diverso, poiché anche se il semifreddo allo zabaione era davvero delizioso non si abbinava benissimo con le altre portate e con l'ambiente. Truly unforgettable experience, very beautiful and made with love. All the courses were delicious, but for the dessert I would have chosen something different, since even if the parfait with zabaglione was really delicious it did not go very well with the other courses and with the environment.

Wir haben 2 kleine Punkte die unserer Meinung nach geändert werden sollten: -Es ist sehr wenig Frischluft im Raum und die Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen. Es war zudem zu warm im Raum. In Coronazeiten eigentlich nicht gut. -Die Portionen waren zu üppig und mit zu viel Butter und Fett. Die Schlutzkrapfen schwammen in der Butter. Die Füllung und der Käse ging ,baden'. We were here on Friday. Location, food service all very nice and authentic. We have 2 small points that we think should be changed: -There is very little fresh air in the room and the windows cannot be opened. It was also too warm in the room. Actually not good in Corona times. -The portions were too generous and with too much butter and fat. The Schlutzkrapfen were swimming in butter. The filling and cheese went 'bathing'.

È un maso storico, che a chi vuole permette di immergersi in un atmosfera speciale. Il cibo, è molto buono, i piatti vengono spiegati molto bene e si presentano altrettanto bene. La qualità a mio parere è ottima, la spesa è giustificata per tutto il pacchetto che offre. A Maso that can only be reached on foot in 5 minutes but it is worth it, because it is a charm. It is a historic farm, which allows those who want to immerse themselves in a special atmosphere. The food is very good, the dishes are explained very well and are presented equally well. The quality in my opinion is excellent, the expense is justified for the whole package it offers.

Solo per chi cerca certe sensazioni.Non è un ristorante è un'atmosfera che si respira e sogni che si creano gustando cibi esclusivamente locali. Direi esperienza enogastronomica di spessore,a distanza di tempo(estate scorsa) ricordo ancora i profumi e i sapori. Bravi questi sono i luoghi nascosti di questo splendido paese chiamato Italia. A firm place in time with simple and wholesome foods. Only for those looking for certain sensations. It is not a restaurant, it is an atmosphere that you breathe and dreams that are created by tasting exclusively local foods. I would say a thick food and wine experience, after some time (last summer) I still remember the aromas and flavors. Bravo these are the hidden places of this beautiful country called Italy.

Everything here is done with so much heart, the way every tiny detail has been thought out and hand made in decorating and restoring this 800 year old building is phenomenal, the hand made and hand produced foods are mouth watering and the way that you’re taken care of by the family running this place leaves you feeling so comfortable and well looked after. I highly recommend anyone to eat here, it’s by far one of the best dining experiences you’re sure to ever have!

The family offered delicious self-made cheese, spirits, bread and lots of traditional local food. The building itself is also very cosy and comfortable and has a long history. We would definitely visit again any time.
