G	Gigliola Vegro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pensavo un negozio serio, ma non lo è, tante promesse e sorrisi quando devi comprare ma poi le promesse non sono mantenute, nel mio caso una lente graffiata, ma la colpa naturalmente era mia,visto che avevo messo lenti antigraffio, ma non era così,molto scorretti e i sorrisi erano spariti, dopo anni hanno perso una cliente per una lente. I thought a serious shop, but it is not, many promises and smiles when you have to buy but then the promises are not kept, in my case a scratched lens, but of course it was my fault, since I had put scratch-resistant lenses, but it wasn't , very incorrect and the smiles were gone, after years they lost a client for a lens.

Una volta giunto in negozio mi sono stati sostituiti entrambi i naselli, al modico costo di 2 Euro. Straconsigliato. I had lost the nose of a pair of Oakley prescription glasses. Bene dico io visto che ho giusto acquistato delle lenti per DUE paia di occhiali. Lo faccio vedere al negozio e mi viene risposto che il regalo riguarda solamente l'occhiale completo. Conclusione: come consumatore mi sento preso per il sedere. Inutile dire che io e la mia famiglia siamo clienti da anni. MAI PIÙ DA UN NEGOZIO CHE TRUFFA in questo modo i consumatori.Pensateci prima di entrare in negozi del genere An SMS arrives. Di ottici (e occhiali - purtroppo -) ne ho provati veramente tanti in vita mia, mai nessuno mi aveva seguito con la stessa scrupolosità e precisione dello staff di ottica Le lenti. È evidente la volontà di offrire il miglor prodotto possibile, adattandolo - ove necessario - agli specifici problemi visivi del cliente. Gentilezza e cortesia da parte del personale, ampia scelta di modelli. Un grazie in particolare a Silvia e Simone, che mi hanno seguito nell'acquisto del nuovo occhiale da vista. Ah, ultimo ma non ultimo, il negozio fa spesso promozioni, che consentono di risparmiare qualcosa sull'acquisto degli occhiali. Calorosamente consigliato!! I could put ten stars, I would put them. Servizio e cortesia così non li trovi dietro l’angolo. Thanks to all the shop staff. Today Sunday 11 July, within a few minutes, they repaired my eyeglass frame for free.
