★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noo. Ho sbagliato. Ho dato una stella di troppo ad una azienda che costruisce mobili; ma non li consegna. O meglio: ordinata una scrivania con sedia a dicembre 2020 veniva millantata la consegna per fine gennaio primi di febbraio. Passa metà febbraio e chiedo lumi sulla consegna. L'interlocutrice esordisce dicendo che hanno sbagliato i fori e che la consegna slitta a marzo (dei veri professionisti). A marzo niente consegna perché questa volta sta cambiando assetto societario. Se ne riparla per fine aprile. Quindi arriva e passa aprile ma della consegna nemmeno l'ombra. E dopo ulteriore telefonata con promessa di consegna tra quattro settimane (siamo a maggio con un ordine fatto a dicembre quindi in consegna a giugno) disdico suddetto ordine poiché pensavo di avere a che fare con un'azienda costruttrice di mobili seria e competente, non con una compagnia teatrale adibita a rappresentazioni grottesche. Consiglio. Da evitare, anche perché al teatro Celebrazioni gli spettacoli sono migliori.

Or rather: ordered a desk with chair in December 2020, delivery was boasted by the end of January and early February. Mid-February passes and I ask for information on the delivery. The interlocutor begins by saying that they missed the holes and that the delivery is postponed to March (real professionals). In March, nothing delivers because this time the company structure is changing. We'll talk again for the end of April. Then April arrives and passes but not even the shadow of the delivery. And after another phone call with a promise of delivery in four weeks (we are in May with an order placed in December and therefore to be delivered in June) I cancel this order because I thought I was dealing with a serious and competent furniture manufacturer, not with a theatrical company used for grotesque performances. Advice. To be avoided, also because at the Celebrazioni theater the shows are better.

Arrivo alle 13.30 e mi viene comunicato da Mascagni casa (società separata dalla Mascagni srl che si occupa della sezione uffici) che i colleghi sono a pranzo e riprendono alle 14.00.
Tornato alle 14.15 mi viene comunicato che Mascagni srl ha avuto un cambio di proprietà, che lo showroom non è visitabile e che non si sa altro.
Perso tempo per nulla
On the site it is open all day from 09.00 to 18.00.
I arrive at 1.30 pm and I am informed by Mascagni casa (a company separated from Mascagni srl which takes care of the offices section) that my colleagues are for lunch and resume at 2.00 pm.
Back at 2.15 pm I am informed that Mascagni srl has had a change of ownership, that the showroom cannot be visited and that nothing else is known.
Wasted time for nothing
