Al ritiro, però, l'ordine non era conforme a quanto richiesto: alla corona d'alloro mancava il nastro rosso intorno alle foglie come concordato, e le rose erano molto diverse da come mostrato in fotografia. Abbiamo quindi fatto presente la cosa, e il proprietario, di una maleducazione e scortesia unica, ci ha rimbrottato tutto il tempo, "rimproverandoci" di esserci espresse male quando al momento dell'ordine non era nemmeno presente! (Avevamo infatti parlato con la figlia, molto gentile e disponibile). Sono rimasta sinceramente allibita da un tale atteggiamento da parte di un commerciante, che a prescindere dalle ragioni dovrebbe stabilire una comunicazione adeguata con il cliente. Inutile dire che non metterò più piede qui: rivolgetevi altrove. I ordered a laurel wreath and a bouquet of roses in this flower shop for graduation. Mi è stata regalata una pianta palesemente non sana, e non hanno voluto nè cambiarmela nè farmi uno sconto per comprarne un’altra, facendo intendere che la colpa era di chi l’aveva comprata perché l’aveva scelta (e una volta scelte le piante rimangono vostre, anche se pochi giorni dopo le condizioni si rivelano essere pessime). Andate da un’altra parte, di sicuro riceverete un trattamento migliore. If you could put 0 stars I would put them. Incompetent owner and with no respect for customers. I was given a clearly unhealthy plant, and they didn't want to change it or give me a discount to buy another one, implying that the fault was of those who bought it because they had chosen it (and once the plants remain yours, even if a few days later the conditions turn out to be very bad). Go somewhere else, for sure you will receive better treatment.
