★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Macelleria con vera carne locale di allevamenti dell'area murgese circostante. La vera prelibatezza sono comunque i salumi, a partire dal capocollo martinese e continuando con i salami e la pancetta affumicata; tutti rigorosamente fatti artigianalmente da Martino.
Butcher's shop with real local meat from farms in the surrounding Murgese area. However, the real delicacy is the cured meats, starting with the Martinese capocollo and continuing with salami and smoked pancetta; all rigorously handcrafted by Martino.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sapori di un tempo che credevo perduti, la carne buona e vera, i salumi semplicemente da manuale, il fornello fatto come da tradizione e il tutto condito con cortesia ed educazione fanno di questo posto Una mecca per i buongustai della buona carne martinese dove il tempo quasi sembra essersi fermato.
Peccato che si possano dare solo 5 stelle.

The flavors of the past that I thought were lost, the good and real meat, the simply manual cured meats, the stove made according to tradition and all seasoned with courtesy and education make this place a mecca for gourmets of good Martinese meat where the time almost seems to have stopped.
Too bad they can only be given 5 stars.
