La sua diagnosi e' stata la sostituzione degli ammortizzatori anteriori (per un auto con meno di 40.000km e 4 anni di vita, oltra all'anno di fermo per il Covid...ma sono andato a fiducia per gli anni di esperienza). Dopo due giorni sono tornato nell'officina per far presente che il problema non era stato risolto, mi e' stato detto che il problema potevano essere le pasticche e che al cambio avremmo controllato. Risultato: 280€ per cambio ammortizzatori anteriori inutile e problema non risolto. Oltre al fatto che il sig. Donato si e' palesemente alterato quando ho fatto presente che il problema non era stato risolto. I have been to Mr. Donated at the end of July 2021 for a squeak in the wheels that could be heard on bad roads or in the presence of bumps. His diagnosis was the replacement of the front shock absorbers (for a car with less than 40,000km and 4 years of life, plus a year of stoppage for Covid ... but I went to trust for years of experience). After two days I went back to the workshop to point out that the problem had not been solved, I was told that the problem could be the tablets and that we would check the change. Result: 280 € for front shock absorber change unnecessary and unsolved problem. In addition to the fact that Mr. Donato was obviously upset when I pointed out that the problem had not been solved.
