★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato qualche giorno fa un sacco di pellet .L'impiegata è stata gentile mi ha anche caricato il sacco di pellet in auto , ma purtroppo conteneva una quantità esagerata di segatura e e quindi la mia stufa a pellet non si è accesa, ho dovuto togliere tutto il pellet e metterne altro di migliore qualità. Non mi serviro' piu' da loro.
I bought a few days ago a lot of pellets. The clerk was kind she also loaded me the bag of pellets in the car, but unfortunately it contained an exaggerated amount of sawdust and so my pellet stove did not turn on, I had to remove all the pellets and put more of better quality. I won't need them anymore.

The staff here were extremely helpful and took our 2 bottles to their filling plant straight away. Less than an hour's wait and we were on our way again with 2 full bottles for €80. Brilliant service - thank you very much. The staff also speak French and English which was a real bonus. ??????
