Good place to have breakfast and to take an aperitif in complete tranquility I recommend it to everyone .. quite nice staff.

Bar number one in Montesilvano, both for the staff and for stopping for a break or for buying cigarettes or refills. Several times I managed to pay our bills without queuing at the post office.
