Non d'accordo al preventivo per la riparazione di 750 Euro (che poi si è rilevato sbagliato perchè il problema era un' altro) ritiro l'auto.
Probabilmente non effettuando i tagliandi da loro, applicano queste tariffe esagerate.

I don't agree with the repair estimate of 750 Euros (which later turned out to be wrong because the problem was something else) I take the car.
Probably not servicing them, they charge these exaggerated rates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una Up! nuova ad aprile 2021. Ho ricevuto 3 richiami nello spazio di 6 mesi relativi nell'ordine a: difetti dell'unità ABS, del quadro strumenti e della centralina del motore. La Concessionaria non si é degnata di rispondere alla mia lettera di reclamo, nemmeno per esprimere le sue scuse.
I bought an Up! new in April 2021. I received 3 recalls in the space of 6 months relating in order to: defects in the ABS unit, instrument panel and engine control unit. The Dealership did not deign to respond to my letter of complaint, not even to express its apologies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Portato l'auto per un controllo sulla distribuzione a catena e cambio olio dsg (golf 6 gti con qualche km sulle spalle).
Sostituzione dell'olio cambio dsg fatto nonostante trasudazione del carter meccatronica, avrei gradito essere informato e eventualmente riparare il problema in questione prima di eseguire la manutenzione, penso sarebbe stato più sensato.
Preventivo per lavoro sulla distribuzione a catena arrivato dopo molti giorni, ma la cosa peggiore è stata la cifra dell'eventuale lavoro, 3400.00 euro per un lavoro di manutenzione di livello medio mi sembra un tantino (e sono ironico) eccessivo.
Probabilmente la politica delle reti ufficiali vw è quella di fare profitti con lavori rapidi e veloci come tagliandi...
Took the car for a check on the chain distribution and dsg oil change (golf 6 gti with a few km on the shoulders).
Dsg gearbox oil replacement done despite oozing from the mechatronic crankcase, I would have liked to be informed and possibly repair the problem in question before performing maintenance, I think it would have made more sense.
Estimate for work on chain distribution arrived after many days, but the worst thing was the amount of the eventual work, 3400.00 euros for a medium level maintenance job seems to me a little (and I'm ironic) excessive.
Probably the policy of the official vw networks is to make profits with quick and easy jobs like coupons ...
