★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'esperienza purtroppo è stata deludente. Dopo aver dato la sua disponibilità e ricevuto da noi conferma con largo anticipo, pur sapendo da oltre 2 mesi che non avrebbe più potuto fornirci
il servizio non ci ha avvisati e si è negata al telefono rimandando la comunicazione di altre 2 settimane, facendoci rischiare di non essere più in tempo per trovare una soluzione alternativa per il nostro bambino (es. Iscrizione a un nido). Visto il comportamento poco affidabile, difficilmente gli affiderei nostro figlio.
 Unfortunately the experience was disappointing. After giving his availability and receiving confirmation from us well in advance, despite knowing for over 2 months that he could no longer provide us
the service did not notify us and denied the phone by postponing the communication for another 2 weeks, making us risk not being in time to find an alternative solution for our baby (eg enrolling in a nursery). Given the unreliable behavior, I would hardly trust him with our son.
