Impossible to have clear answers, switchboard almost always busy, they make useless waits without guaranteeing any answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un numero di centralino che squilla... squilla...dopo un lungo riprovare una povera-centralinista cerca di darti informazioni, ma manca un referente esperto del ramo che possa almeno "sgrezzare" i tuoi dubbi.
Ormai c'è la pretesa che si debba "fare" tutto on-line.
Infine il sito web è di "oscura" comprensione.
Ci ho rinunciato, ho cambiato broker.
A number of switchboard ringing ... ringing ... after a long retry, a poor switchboard operator tries to give you information, but an expert contact person in the field is missing who can at least "scorn" your doubts.
There is now a claim that everything should be "done" online.
Finally, the website is of "dark" understanding.
I gave up on it, I changed brokers.
