★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sei un riminese se non hai mangiato non una, ma almeno 100 volte la "mattonella", una vera specialità, un semifreddo alla crema con un’anima allo zabaione e panna e base cioccolato, che in molti vorrebbero imitare, ma la ricetta è un segreto di famiglia.
Gelateria storica, venne aperta nel 1947 come latteria e ancora oggi vi si può comprare un litro di latte come da tradizione.
Il gelato ha un gusto genuino, forse fuori moda, ma che importa: di sicuro non vi riempirà come aver mangiato un pranzo completo.
Altra specialità è la "pavesina", ma la mattonella è imbattibile e c’è chi la chiede abitualmente da settant’anni.
Evviva la gelateria Marselli!
You are not from Rimini if you have not eaten not once, but at least 100 times the "tile", a real specialty, a cream parfait with a soul of zabaglione and cream and a chocolate base, which many would like to imitate, but the recipe is a family secret.
Historic ice cream parlor, opened in 1947 as a dairy and still today you can buy a liter of milk as per tradition.
Ice cream has a genuine taste, maybe out of fashion, but who cares: it sure won't fill you up like having eaten a full lunch.
Another specialty is "pavesina", but the tile is unbeatable and there are those who have been asking for it regularly for seventy years.
Long live the Marselli ice cream shop!
