★ ★ ★ ★ ★ purtroppo non è più come un tempo, ora ti fanno attendere solo per una risposta per capire se arriva una pompa o no, ho atteso 15 giorni inutilmente, ogni giorno mi dicevano che mi avrebbero fatto sapere il giorno dopo e che mi avrebbero contattato loro......ho atteso 15 giorni,dopodichè ho preso il prodotto da un negozio perchè mi serviva con urgenza.Peccato in passato ci avevo lavorato molto, e ad oggi sentirsi presi in giro non è bello , visto anche il periodo.speriamo cambino atteggiamento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metto 4 stelle solo perchè il ragazzo che lavora li è davvero eccezionale. Cerca sempre di risolvere il problema ed è sempre disponibile. Okkio invece credo sia il padrone....personalmente mi ha fatto aspettare 3 gg per una pompa e me l ha venduta ad un prezzo molto superiore rispetto a quello che mi aveva preannunciato dicendo "e vabbe me sarò sbagliato" ma siccome mi serviva l ho dovuta prendere per forza quindi se andate fatevi servire dal ragazzo con i tatuaggi.
I put 4 stars only because the guy who works there is really exceptional. He always tries to solve the problem and is always available. Okkio instead I think he is the master .... personally he made me wait 3 days for a pump and he sold it to me at a much higher price than what he had announced saying "well, I'll be wrong" but since I needed the I had to take it so if you go get served by the guy with the tattoos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamo per un problema alla pompa sommersa del pozzo chiedo se è quando possono mandare un tecnico mi dice di smontare da sola e portarla in officina che hanno in via della riserva nuova il meccanico mi dice motore bruciato io dico funziona e rispiego il problema ma lui sostiene che il motore è da cambiare...mi fido è un addetto a questo lavoro....220 euro e il problema rimane ovviamente il motore che avevo vecchio ricontrollato da un altro tecnico era perfetto....giudicate voi se ladrobo incompetente
