Poco seri, sempre in ritardo con le consegne...meglio affidarsi ad altri Forget it, for a manufacturing error I had to hire a lawyer, and I haven't even solved the problem! La cosa che però non mi fa dare la piena sufficienza a questa ditta è il rapporto con il cliente post vendita, ho un pianerottolo dove il legno ha tirato una crepa di quasi 2 metri, ma pur avendo avvisato la ditta per ripetute volte non si sono mai interessati al problema, mi hanno sempre detto che sarebbero passati quando erano nella zona della mia abitazione. Sono passati 3 anni dal primo sollecito e qui non si è visto nessuno... SERVIZIO POST VENDITA INSUFFICIENTE The staircase is beautiful even if with steel accessories that are not too comfortable to disassemble for any whitewashing or cleaning. The thing that does not give me full sufficiency to this company is the relationship with the after-sales customer, I have a landing where the wood has pulled a crack of almost 2 meters, but despite having warned the company for repeated times, they have not never interested in the problem, they always told me that they would pass when they were in the area of my home. 3 years have passed since the first reminder and nobody has been seen here ... INSUFFICIENT AFTER SALES SERVICE

Dopo un mese dall'installazione un gradino presenta due crepe. Perdi tempo a chiamare o scrivere per richiedere un intervento perché chi si deve occupare della cosa non c'è mai,perdi tempo ad aspettare qualcuno che ti deve richiamare ma non lo fa. E quando finalmente dopo 9 mesi riesci a fissare un appuntamento per l'intervento aspetti invano per una mattinata intera senza che alcuno si degni di avvisarti. Che altro dire........a quasi un anno....devo tenermi il gradino rotto? Scarsa professionalità e serietà The staircase is beautiful but I am sorry the company does not recommend it to anyone. One month after installation, one step has two cracks. You waste time calling or writing to request an intervention because whoever has to deal with it is never there, you waste time waiting for someone to call you back but doesn't. And when finally after 9 months you manage to make an appointment for surgery, look in vain for a whole morning without anyone deigning to warn you. What else to say ........ at almost a year .... should I keep the broken step? Poor professionalism and seriousness

Tutte le scale Marretti hanno un design unico, innovazione e materiali di alta qualità sono assicurati. Vi consiglio vivamente di andare nel nuovo showroom di Milano perché è semplicemente favoloso! I was able to personally check the products offered by this company which is a leader in the design and construction of custom-made stairs. All Marretti stairs have a unique design, innovation and high quality materials are assured. I highly recommend you go to the new Milan showroom because it's just fabulous!
C	Chiara Chiara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se avessi potuto avrei messo ZERO stelle.....acconto preteso subito senza neanche aver preso le misure in cantiere, dopo 3-4 sopralluoghi e svariati disegni sbagliati ( corretti e ricorretti non so quante volte) vengono a montare la scala e non torna un cavolo.....costretti a chiamare la ditta edile per sbassare un muro di 30 cm.....Zero....mancanza di dialogo tra ditta e showroom, zero professionalità....speriamo almeno che la qualità della scala valga l incazzature prese. PS. dopo 2 ore dal termine del montaggio inviata subito la fattura, sbagliata pure quella sia nella dicitura che nella cifra. If I could, I would have put ZERO stars ..... deposit demanded immediately without even having taken the measurements on site, after 3-4 inspections and various wrong drawings (corrected and recurrent I don't know how many times) they come to assemble the ladder and it does not come back a cabbage ..... forced to call the construction company to beat a 30 cm wall ..... Zero .... lack of dialogue between the company and the showroom, zero professionalism .... we hope at least that the quality of the scale is worth the incazzature taken. PS. after 2 hours from the end of the assembly, the invoice is sent immediately, both in the wording and in the figure also wrong.
a	alberto da frassini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho commissionato una scala in legno con ringhiera in acciaio...fatta e montata...peccato che dopo un anno si sia arrugginita praticamente quasi per intero...contattati hanno mandato un loro addetto per valutare, il quale ha confermato un errato trattamento da parte loro e che sarebbero venuti a smontarla per ritrattarla...morale della favola pochi giorni dopo arriva una mail da un loro geometra che, senza nemmeno vedere la scala, decide che non dipende da loro e che se avessimo voluto sistemare la scala ci sarebbe costato 900€ + iva. Ovviamente prima di darli a loro preferisco darli ad un avvocato. Quindi il mio consiglio è che se dovete farvi fare una scala andate altrove. I commissioned a wooden staircase with a steel railing ... made and assembled ... it's a pity that after a year it almost completely rusted ... contacted they sent one of their staff to evaluate, who confirmed an incorrect treatment for their part and that they would come to take it apart to retract it ... moral of the story a few days later an email arrives from one of their surveyors who, without even seeing the staircase, decides that it does not depend on them and that if we it would have cost € 900 + VAT. Obviously before giving them to them I prefer to give them to a lawyer. So my advice is that if you have to get yourself a ladder go elsewhere.
