L'ho provato sia come venditore che come acquirente, sempre ha voluto vedere e verificare bene non solo le ipoteche e gli atti di provenienza ma ha verificato con profonda acribia che le condizioni di fatto e di diritto fossero coerenti. Mi è piaciuto che non sia un notaio "sportivo" o che si limita al semplice copia e incolla (come qui se ne trovano tanti). Sul suo onorario mi pare in regola con le usuali tariffe, inoltre preferisco spendere 100€ in più per un ottimo servizio perché come diceva mio padre "chi leva il pane ai notai leva il pane ai suoi figli" Well trained notary with adequate staff. I tried it both as a seller and as a buyer, he always wanted to see and verify well not only the mortgages and the deeds of origin but he verified with profound accuracy that the conditions of fact and law were coherent. I liked that he is not a "sporting" notary or that he limits himself to simple copy and paste (as you can find many here). It seems to me that his fees are up to date with the usual rates, moreover I prefer to spend € 100 more for an excellent service because, as my father said, "whoever takes the bread to the notaries takes the bread to his children"
