Dopo varie peripezie dovute a un corriere poco onesto le scarpe, in ritardo rispetto all'evento x il quale erano state acquistate e dopo vari reclami e solleciti del venditore, sono arrivate, con delle vistose macchie rosse di ditate sulla punta che doveva essere bianca...che comunque fortunatamente sono riuscita a pulire..Beh il venditore in tutto questo, in particolare nella persona del signor Ivan, è stato squisitamente gentile e ha sopportato le mie continue chiamate e mail e alla fine di questa via Crucis ha deciso di regalare le scarpe alla mia bambina che avrebbe dovuto indossarle alla sua comunione e mi ha rimborsato di tutta la cifra. Beh, non perché mi ha rimborsato perche avrei comunque detto la stessa cosa, ma merita 5 stelle davvero perché è una persona squisita

Well the seller in all this, in particular in the person of Mr. Ivan, was exquisitely kind and endured my constant calls and emails and at the end of this Way of the Cross he decided to give the shoes to my little girl who was supposed to wear them to her communion and reimbursed me the full amount. Well not because he refunded me because I would have said the same thing anyway, but he really deserves 5 stars because he is an exquisite person
