★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I just happened to cone here and we were pleasantly surprised by the low key jazz and awesome "fresh fish" of the day platter. They literally bring it out and let you choose. It was a super cool surprise to watch because we've never seen it before but course after course we just had more and more of these culinary surprise dishes. I recommend you give Maroder a try especially if you are getting bored waiting around yoir hotel looking for something to eat but dont want to pay an arm and a leg for food with exquisite taste.

The selection in the menu was great and they offer Prosecco and an appetizer before you even order anything. Very clean and the quality of the food served was great to satisfy every taste. Slightly over priced but the general positive picture compensated for it.
I will visit again when in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maroder is excellent. I've been here twice and enjoyed everything we ordered and shared from the bread and prosecco to the secondi and dolce. Easy for English speakers to get by with wait staff and English menu is located at the second half of the menu book. I highly recommend the special pasta ... ravioli with cheese, peppers and bacon or the ziti with genovese... pasta with meat sauce.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant serves authentic Italian food food in a more traditional sense. Be prepared to dress up when coming here the dress code would be business to business casual. Also be prepared to tip the person in the parking lot watching the cars if it is late out when you come out of the restaurant. In total I would definitely recommend this restaurant to travelers seeking a more authentic cusine. It is my humble opinion that you should not order off of the menu but simply allow them to serve you whatever they are serving that night and it will greatly surprise you.
