★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo una bellissima vacanza nel periodo Pasqua nella caratteristica cittadina di Avigliano, abbiamo pensato di portare a casa qualche prodotto tipico.
Abbiamo acquistato la salsiccia piccante, il pezzente(tipico salume di avigliano fatta con la parte grassa del maiale), la soppressata, la pancetta tesa, e le costine.
Tutto rigorosamente di produzione propria.
Questi sono solo alcuni delle prelibatezze che potrete acquistare e gustare. Il sapore è ottimo.
Il prezzo è un po’ alto ma ne vale la pena.
After a wonderful Easter holiday in the characteristic town of Avigliano, we decided to bring home some typical products.
We bought the spicy sausage, the pezzente (typical Avigliano salami made with the fat part of the pig), the soppressata, the stretched pancetta, and the ribs.
All strictly of own production.
These are just some of the delicacies that you can buy and enjoy. The taste is excellent.
The price is a bit high but it's worth it.
