Da fine novembre che dove arrivarmi,me l hanno istallata e prima accensione il 26 dicembre.Scarsa attenzione di assistenza,stufa nn tarata bene.Li ricontatto x intervenire ,ma stufo dell' attesa chiamo il centro assistenza Palazzetti.Ho dovuto pagare 85 e x avere il timbro e la firma della prima accensione...cosa che nn dovrebbero fare in quanto sono rivenditori e nn tecnici Palazetti. Nigro buonasera , innanzitutto tengo a precisare che i prodotti palazzetti non hanno bisogno di prima accensione poiché sono prodotti testati e molto validi, ma non credo dover proseguire sulla qualità del prodotto, un nome una garanzia, inoltre il suo ordine ha ritardato per la richiesta del rivestimento “color crema” che non era in pronta consegna, infine poteva comunicarci che aveva riscontrato qualche problema e glielo avremmo risolto gratuitamente per mezzo del nostro CAT che non è quello a cui si rivolto pagando 85€. Per qualsiasi altra cosa siamo a sua completa disposizione i nostri numeri li ha tutti compreso il mio cellulare. Il tutto con gli operai (pagati) fermi ad aspettare che questi quattro professionsti improvvisati si degnassero di adempiere ai loro doveri. Se lavorano con tutti così auguri per il "radioso" futuro. E dire che a leggere altre recensioni (tutte, tranne quella a 5 stelle fatta dal titolare... Che già da se parla della correttezza dei personaggi) è andata pure di lusso! Hanno una grande professionalità e un'infinita scelta. Il signor Gianni ha saputo consigliarmi e ha realizzato il progetto esattamente come lo desideravo..
