Delicatessen Department: top ?? excellent quality cured meats and cheeses, homemade taralli for all tastes. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and you can order your groceries over the phone. La ragazza che sta alla cassa dovrebbe essere più gentile verso tutti i clienti e non solo con quelli che li stanno simpatici!! Tutti abbiamo le giornate no, posso capirlo, ma lei è sempre antipatica e altezzosa, un lavoro a contatto con il pubblico vuol dire avere sempre il sorriso ed essere gentili, e possibilmente evitare di fare battutine sconvenevoli.
The quality of the products is good, too bad the quality of the staff is not good! The girl at the checkout should be kinder to all customers and not just to those who are nice to them !! We all have bad days, I can understand that, but she is always obnoxious and haughty, a job in contact with the public means always having a smile and being kind, and possibly avoiding making unseemly jokes.
