Abbiamo accettato una proposta commerciale da parte di sig.ra Anna Marino la titolare a febbraio 2021 per la barca modello open Gabry 550 PRONTA CONSEGNA. Abbiamo pagato intero importo richiesto con la promessa di consegna entro 1-2 settimane. Oggi maggio 2021 ancora aspettiamo la barca. Non rispondono al telefono non rispondono ai messaggi. Sto pagando una rata per il prestito di una barca che non è mai arrivata. UNA DELUSIONE TOTALE . BEWARE WHO YOU GIVE YOUR TRUST. We paid the full amount requested with the promise of delivery within 1-2 weeks. Today May 2021 we are still waiting for the boat. They don't answer the phone they don't answer messages. I am paying an installment for the loan of a boat that never arrived. A TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT.

Il contratto non parlava del saldo che quindi si presumeva dovesse essere alla consegna. La barca doveva essere pronta a fine aprile. A metà aprile chiedo a che punto è. Mi dicono che perché finiscano la barca devo pagare subito il saldo. Chiedo una foto per se a che punto è la costruzione. Mi viene negata. A maggio incarico un avvocato di accertare lo stato dei lavori. Dopo vari tentativi telefonici e col l’intervento di un avvocato del cantiere -che non producono nemmeno una foto del natante -a fine giugno il mio avvocato si reca al cantiere con l’assegno del saldo in mano e non viene fatto nemmeno entrare. Dopo di che viene avvisato via mail che se vuole VEDERE la barca deve prima mandare l’assegno e successivamente all’incasso potrà ritirarla. Altrimenti il Cantiere riterrà risolto il contratto e tratterrà L’acconto come penale! Tutto fa pensare che la barca neppure esista! ATTENTION to Marino Costruzioni Nautiche of Gioiosa Marea!
