Siamo tornati dalla nostra escursione (durata fra l'altro molto meno rispetto a quanto avremmo potuto tenere la barca) e non ci hanno fatto andare via finché non hanno trovato il modo per estorcerci altri soldi. Prima hanno insinuato a caso che avessimo sbattuto. Non trovando graffi, hanno detto che il pieno non era veramente pieno e hanno preteso altri soldi. Alla nostra risposta che ci ha fatto il pieno il responsabile del distributore apposta per assicurarci che fosse pieno e che comunque la barca ci è stata data senza pieno completo il responsabile ci ha risposto che lui non sapeva chi ce l'aveva data (la moglie, che stava dietro). Non ci hanno neanche salutato dopo avergli lasciato 220 euro per 6 ore e ci hanno risposto con sdegno quando gli abbiamo fatto notare che così si perdono i clienti. SONO SCIOCCATA!!!!!!!!!! NEVER rent a boat from them. They are real thieves. We returned from our excursion (which lasted a lot less than we could have held the boat) and they didn't let us leave until they found a way to extort more money from us. First, they hinted at random that we got banged. Finding no scratches, they said the tank wasn't really full and demanded more money. To our response that the distributor manager filled us up on purpose to make sure that it was full and that in any case the boat was given to us without full full the manager replied that he did not know who had given it to us (his wife, behind). They didn't even say hello to us after leaving him 220 euros for 6 hours and they replied with disdain when we pointed out that customers are lost. I'M SHOCKED!!!!!!!!!!
A	Alexandra Bum on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il centro è molto bene organizzatto e situato: parking, attrezzatura molto bene curata, doccia calda, spogliatoi uomo/donna e locker per i valori. Abbiamo ottenuto il nostro PADI Open water, 2 settimane prima, in lago. Quindi fu la nostra prima esperienza nel mare. Ci hanno proposto un immersione sull’isola Gallianara che era adatta al nostro livello. E stato bellissimo e ci siamo sentiti al sicuro. Habiamo anche ricevuto dei consigli utili che ci hanno aiutato migliorare molti punti (ad es : assetto). Siamo stato accolti molto bene da tutti. L’atmosfera è perfetta : relax, familiare e professionnalissima. Grazie mille a Miriam, Vittoria, Michela e tutto lo staff ! Torneremo ! Salutoni da Losanna. The center is very well organized and located: parking, very well maintained equipment, hot shower, changing rooms for men / women and locker for valuables. We got our PADI Open water, 2 weeks earlier, in the lake. So it was our first experience in the sea. They offered us a dive on the Gallianara island that suited our level. It was beautiful and we felt safe. We also received some useful advice that helped us improve many points (eg: set-up). We were very well received by everyone. The atmosphere is perfect: relaxing, familiar and very professional. Many thanks to Miriam, Vittoria, Michela and all the staff! We'll be back ! Salutoni from Lausanne.
V	Vito Leone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo diving. Semplicemente perfetto. Cortesia e professionalità, inoltre il diving ha tutto quello che serve dalle doccie agli spogliatoi. Le imbarcazioni sono direttamente davanti il diving e fare immersioni li è molto comodo. Ci ritornerò e lo consiglio a tutti Great diving. Simply perfect. Courtesy and professionalism, besides the diving has everything you need from the showers to the locker rooms. The boats are directly in front of the diving and diving is very convenient. I will return and recommend it to everyone

Posteggio privato davanti all’imbarco due grandi barche una con ascensore per la risalita adatta ai diversamente abili. Due ampi gommoni . Come diceva una vecchia pubblicità “ Privare x credere “ The most comfortable diving on the Ligurian Riviera and beyond. Private parking in front of the boarding area, two large boats, one with a lift suitable for the disabled. Two large inflatable boats. As an old advertisement said "To deprive x to believe"

They have a big and nice boat, also fast, that leave straight from the dive center, without long rides or long walks. But most important this days: they are following all the precautions against COVID-19 and diving with them you will feel safe!!! There are many dive sites in the area which are good for all the levels.Snorkel. Also PADI courses. A big Thanks to all the team for treating us so nice. Specially to Rossy and Conrado, but also Marco, Fabricio, Nicolo... all of them are super helpful and great people to meet! Enjoy Loano!

Trainers, instructors and every one else working here is very professional and available to help. They have 4 boats so to be able to organize many different dives a day; their equipment to rent is in great state. The diving shop has often some good promotions difficult to beat. Highly recommended. ?
