I	Isa Vitali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima esperienza, personale qualificato,gentile e disponibile ad esaudire ogni richiesta, ottimo il ristorante ampia scelta negli antipasti e prodotti di qualità, il maître attento ed efficiente, personale di sala e cucina gentilissimi.Animazione divertente e coinvolgente, mini club il top grazie a Gaia e Claudia che si prendono gran cura dei bambini che gli vengono affidati. Mare stupendo, giardini e piscine puliti e molto curati. Unica nota dolente, ci vorrebbe molta più manutenzione nelle camere. Excellent experience, qualified staff, kind and willing to fulfill every request, excellent restaurant, wide choice of appetizers and quality products, the attentive and efficient maître, very kind dining and kitchen staff. Gaia and Claudia who take great care of the children entrusted to them. Wonderful sea, clean and well-kept gardens and swimming pools. The only sore point, it would take a lot more maintenance in the rooms.
D	Daniele Tosi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il resort ha 4 stelle ma le merita solo per il mare e la Spiaggia… arrivati al villaggio accoglienza frettolosa senza nemmeno le spiegazioni principali della struttura, parcheggio incustodito e completamente al sole… servizio navetta fino alla camera… stanze piccole con arredamento ormai passato con bisogno di manutenzione. Motore del condizionatore sopra la porta della camera… rumorosissimo sembrava di avere un aereo in camera nel silenzio della notte! Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Nota dolente ristorante, sembra una mensa aziendale, dove la qualità del cibo è molto scarsa, la maggior parte della materia prima surgelata, pesce soprattutto, cotolette, crocchette. Antipasti accettabili, buone le verdure di loro produzione anche se spesso poco cotte… insomma sono sicuro che investendo un po’ di più nella struttura e nella materia prima del cibo potrebbe essere un discreto resort perché come ho detto la spiaggi ed il mare sono bellissimi. Fuori dal villaggio non c’è granché da vedere tranne le Castella… dovrebbero saper sfruttare meglio il turismo.. animazione semplice, ma bravi ragazzi che sanno intrattenere gli ospiti. The resort has 4 stars but it deserves them only for the sea and the Beach ... arrived at the village, a hasty welcome without even the main explanations of the structure, unattended parking and completely in the sun ... shuttle service to the room ... small rooms with furniture that has now passed in need of maintenance. Air conditioner motor above the bedroom door ... very noisy it seemed to have an airplane in the room in the silence of the night! Very nice and helpful staff. Sore point restaurant, it looks like a company canteen, where the quality of the food is very poor, most of the raw material frozen, especially fish, cutlets, croquettes. Acceptable appetizers, good vegetables they produce although often undercooked ... in short, I am sure that by investing a little more in the structure and in the raw materials of the food it could be a decent resort because, as I said, the beach and the sea are beautiful. Outside the village there is not much to see except the Castella ... they should be able to make better use of tourism .. simple entertainment, but good guys who know how to entertain guests.
*	CIGICAR on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una settimana di vacanza piena, anche se in fine stagione, tutto i servizi erano in ordine e funzionali. Camere pulite ma da rivedere in qualche dettaglio. Personale ed animazione gentile e disponibile tranne il caposala egocentrico e scontroso. Ristorazione e bevande di buona qualità varia ed in abbondanza. Bello il mare e buoni i servizi forniti in spiaggia, usurati gli ombrelloni ma sufficienti. A full holiday week, even if at the end of the season, all the services were in order and functional. Clean rooms but to be reviewed in some detail. Kind and helpful staff and animation except the egocentric and surly head nurse. Food and drinks of good quality varied and in abundance. The sea is beautiful and the services provided on the beach are good, the umbrellas are worn but sufficient.
M	Miriam Nadia Sbocciato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pulizia impeccabile..tutti i giorni la stanza viene pulita ed ha un profumo di fresco e pulito.. tutti gentilissimi.. a partire dal nostro Giacomo e tutti tutti quelli che ci lavorano. Ci sono piccole cose da ristrutturare ma nel complesso è dotata di tutti i comfort.. mio figlio adora la navetta che lo porta dalla camera al ristorante anche essendo davvero a due passi .. L'animazione.. beh un vero spettacolo la prima animazione che davvero mi fa ridere e anche emozionare.. equipestar !! Azzurra e salvo spettacolari ma non da meno tutto il resto del gruppo davvero una vacanza perfetta!! E poi il cibo... mamma mia che bontà ogni giorno una pietanza nuova hai una scelta vastissima infatti mangio sempre tanto alla fine ..i bimbi si divertono tanto. .. lo consiglio per un vero e puro relax in famiglia ma anche in coppia! Impeccable cleaning .. every day the room is cleaned and smells fresh and clean .. all very kind .. starting with our Giacomo and all those who work there. There are small things to renovate but overall it is equipped with all the comforts .. my son loves the shuttle that takes him from the room to the restaurant even if he is really close by .. The animation .. well a real show the first animation that really makes me laugh and also excite .. equipestar !! Blue and safe spectacular but not least the rest of the group really a perfect holiday !! And then the food ... my goodness, every day a new dish you have a huge choice in fact I always eat a lot at the end .. the children have a lot of fun. .. I recommend it for true and pure relaxation with the family but also as a couple!

Cibo sempre fresco e cucinato in giornata e sempre diverso. Le camere sempre ordinate e cambio di biancheria ogni giorno. Personale gentile e disponibile. Animazione a tutto tondo fino all'ultima settimana di stagione.dedicata sia ai bambini che agli adulti Navetta sempre disponibile. Bravi gli animatori dal disk jockey salvatore ad angelica la brava insegnante del risveglio mattutino e pomeridiano così pure Laura e tutti gli altri animatori. Mi sono trovata benissimo. Solo un consiglio ai responsabili, sistemare i marciapiedi e alcuni esterni del piano terra che non sono mattonati, per il resto tutto bene Excellent in everything .. Avrei da ridire un pò sulla colazione, ma il rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Io ci sono andata con il mio compagno e ci siamo rilassati, divertiti e abbiamo mangiato bene. Chi ha scritto solo critiche si vede che è abituato a hotel 5 stelle serviti e riveriti e probabilmente avrà il maggiordomo a casa, altrimenti non mi capacito di quelli che hanno messo 1 stella.... A criticare sono diventati tutti bravissimi, da quando c'è 4 hotel in tv vi sentite tutti Barbieri... Very nice. Fantastic pools. Good food, fresh vegetables. Nice rooms. Green manicured. Good entertainers. Friendly staff. Nice sea. I would have to say a little about the breakfast, but the excellent value for money. I went there with my partner and we relaxed, enjoyed and ate well. Those who have written only criticisms can see that they are used to 5 star hotels served and revered and will probably have the butler at home, otherwise I do not understand those who have put 1 star ....
