E	Ester Fusto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi mi sono recata presso l'atelier, previo appuntamento telefonico, nel quale ho specificato la mia taglia, la signora Gennarino in persona mi ha risposto che non sarebbe stato assolutamente un problema. Giunta puntualmente alle ore 18.00, mi fanno aspettare mezz'ora, in un'altra stanza, scusandosi per il ritardo causato da una prova abito. Attendo, insieme alla mia testimone per fare quantomeno una prova (mi era stato detto che non ci sarebbe stato alcun problema) ed invece vengo trattata con superficialità e maleducazione, dicendomi di guardare senza provare nulla. Negli altri atelier ho provato abiti di alta sartoria anche senza chiuderli senza alcun problema, la signora invece mi ha suggerito di andare altrove a FARMI UN GIRO. Sicuramente ascolterò il suo consiglio dato che non metterò più piede nel suo atelier e posso confermare che hanno perso non solo una sposa, ma ben 4 clienti, dato che anche mia madre, mia sorella e la mia testimone sono in cerca dell'abito. L'educazione ed il rispetto vanno ben oltre le vostre apparenze. Today I went to the atelier, by telephone appointment, in which I specified my size, Mrs. Gennarino in person replied that it would not be a problem at all. Arriving punctually at 18.00, they made me wait half an hour, in another room, apologizing for the delay caused by a dress rehearsal. I wait, together with my witness to make at least a test (I was told that there would be no problem) and instead I am treated with superficiality and rudeness, telling me to look without feeling anything. In the other ateliers I tried on haute couture clothes even without closing them without any problem, the lady instead suggested me to go elsewhere to MAKE A TOUR. I will certainly listen to his advice as I will never set foot in his atelier again and I can confirm that not only have they lost a bride, but 4 clients since my mother, sister and witness are also looking for the dress. Education and respect go far beyond your appearances.

Da quel momento la seguo su ogni social perché sono sempre più innamorata di questo atelier e dei suoi abiti. Adesso ho 21 anni ed essendo Americana, quando mi sposerò farò un bel viaggio per acquistare l’abito da lei. Non ho intenzione di girare nessun altro posto. Ormai per me Mariella Gennarino ha anche un valore sentimentale incredibile. Tratta le clienti come una madre, ha staff professionale e dolce come lei, che pur di aiutare le clienti e far sì che abbiano l’abito da cerimonia dei loro sogni, fanno di tutto. Ricordo quante volte mi hanno fatto provare l’abito del diciottesimo durante le rifiniture. Per loro doveva essere tutto perfetto e curato. Per non parlare dei loro abiti!! Pezzi unici e da sogno. E non c’é nemmeno di cosa preoccuparsi se dentro l’atelier non c’é l’abito dei propri sogni, poiché basta la parola e te lo creano loro. Non potevo scegliere atelier migliore per il mio compleanno. Since then I have followed her on every social network because I am more and more in love with this atelier and its clothes. I am now 21 years old and being American, when I get married I will take a nice trip to buy the dress from her. I'm not going to shoot anywhere else. Mariella Gennarino now also has an incredible sentimental value for me. She treats customers like a mother, has professional and sweet staff like her, who do everything to help customers and ensure that they have the wedding dress of their dreams. I remember how many times they made me try on the eighteenth suit during the finishing touches. For them everything had to be perfect and taken care of. Not to mention their outfits !! Unique and dream pieces. And there is not even what to worry about if inside the atelier there is not the dress of your dreams, because the word is enough and they create it for you. l	loredana coco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho conosciuto Mariella Gennarino quando ho comprato l'abito per il 18 di mia figlia circa 5 anni fa, ricordo quel pomeriggio era mercoledì perché mio marito è libero solo il mercoledì pomeriggio, entrai in negozio non sapendo che era necessario un appuntamento e lei era occupata per la prova ad una sposa e mi ha fatto dare un occhiata mia figlia aveva visto un abito bellissimo e unico e anche a mio marito piacque, però per provarlo dovevamo prendere un appun tamento ebbene lei mi disse non si preoccupi se vuole che ci sia suo marito venga domani alle 3 prima che suo marito va a lavoro, e così feci mi aprì il negozio prima apposta per noi, una gentilezza unica la sua e quella del suo staff, cordiali e accontentano in tutte le modifiche che volete al vostro abito infatti sono tornata da lei per il mio 25 di matrimonio e ho preso un abito meraviglioso... Adesso aspetto il matrimonio di mia figlia per tornare da lei, perché i suoi abiti da sposa sono stupendi per non parlare degli abiti di battesimo per bimbi insomma tutto meraviglioso dagli abiti alla loro cortesia!
