Dopo anni di bellissimi regali, non poco costosi, tra oro e orologi, la brutta esperienza e arrivata oggi pomeriggio 17/12/2019, da una ragazza che non sa gestire la vendita. Forse, questa ragazza, meglio fare un altro lavoro, anziché lasciare la roba sparsa sul banco e dire / fare al collega il segno "OCCHIO".
Un offesa di questo genere a un cliente viene fatta da un personale/personaggio "INCOMPETENTE".
Metto una stella per il modo come sono stata accolta molte altre volte dalla signora con accento milanese.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono un baby boomer e al gentil sesso amo da sempre regalare un pensierino luccicante. Ho cambiato diversi negozi di oreficeria, spesso solo per cambio residenza. Da oltre un anno vado da Mariani, una gioielleria e orologeria ubicata all'interno del Centro Commerciale Anagnina. Di norma questo tipo di prodotti li ho comprati affidandomi al mio claudicante istinto. La sorridente ed elegante commessa, quella forse meno giovane, che erroneamente avevo identificato come proprietaria del negozio, forse per la sua sicurezza professionale, modifica il mio approccio di acquisto. Con padronanza e competenza ti mette a tuo agio, cercando di vedere le cose dal tuo punto di vista. In genere ti pone qualche domanda, senza essere petulante o invadente, ma al solo scopo di comprendere le caratteristiche essenziali del destinatario dell'acquisto. Poi ti ascolta attentamente. Alla fine con nonchalance ti porta ad un acquisto ragionato e soprattutto con la certezza di una maggiore approvazione da parte di chi il regalo lo riceve e di chi lo fa. Prezzi abbordabili.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa mattina ero per puro caso al centro commerciale anagnina e volendo fare un pensiero a mia moglie mi avvicino alla gioielleria e do un occhiata.
Incuriosito entro ed una signora molto gentile mi mette subito a mio agio rendendosi disponibile e mai invadente.
Quando decido di essere aiutato riesce subito a capire che genere di gioiello stavo cercando, come se conoscesse a chi fosse destinato.
Ringrazio la signora di origine veneta per aver reso l acquisto un bel momento....
