G	Giorgio Plazzotta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver passato un ora nel centro di tolmezzo con la “titolare” per stipulare il contratto internet con EOLO , ed aver richiesto tutti i pacchetti anche perché erano tutti gratis e quindi vantaggiosi. Dopo 20 giorni mi installano il tutto a casa , ma senza nessun pacchetto gratis!! Al che chiamo la Signora del negozio e spiego il problema , ci penso io mi risponde !! Lunedì mi richiama dicendomi che dovevo risolvere il contratto perdendo i soldi per un giorno di utilizzo del servizio rispondendomi che non sapeva cosa farmi, o cosa dirmi, che in tanti anni non aveva mai fatto errori scaricando la responsabilità dando ad intendere che era quasi colpa mia !!! Mi aspettavo più serietà visto che lo sbaglio è stato completamente della Signora.... Non aggiungo commenti.
