Ma a Natale si è verificato un episodio increscioso. Acquistato più di 30€ di vongole che ho dovuto integralmente scartare perchè in cottura le vongole sono uscite striminzite, gommose con una puzza di fogna e un sapore nauseabondo. La sera stessa, arrabbiato, ho provato a riportargliele ma li ho trovati chiusi. Sono andato il primo giorno utile lavorativo per dirgli che ho dovuto virare su una spaghettata aglio ed olio alla vigilia. Hanno buttato le vongole ma non hanno proposto nessun indennizzo per prodotti palesemente adulterati tranne un laconico "eh poi vediamo che possiamo fare". Ci sono stato una sola volta dopo ma la persona con cui avevo parlato non c'era poi non ho voluto fare scenate davanti ad altri clienti (c'era abbastanza affluenza). Ci rinuncio ma da oggi i 400€ circa che spendo ad anno in surgelati e/o pesce li darò a qualcun altro. Negative experience for lack of seriousness. We often went there for convenience.
