Cosy, elegant, clean, well equipped.
The food at the buffet is very good, tasty and well presented. Personnel is kind and helpful.
Nice quiet business area with multimedia devices and tablets in free service.
Cosy sitting room with plants and view of the sea.
A very good experience while waiting for your flight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This airport is the epicenter of racism and discrimination. The staff in the airport and the airline counters and security are rude, obnoxious, and profile people. AVOID this airport if possible. The only civilized staff is the workers in the food service area. This airport does NOTHING to promote tourism and is the COMPLETE opposite of the people in Venice. The Venetian people are warm, generous, inviting, hospitable, and able to communicate. I am a seasoned traveler for over 17 years. Venice AIRPORT is the worse for customer service and appreciation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful views over the runway and the lagoon, modern decor, rarely crowded, fairly adequate choice of snacks and food. Everything you need to kill a couple hours at the terminal!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best experience I had here. I left the phone and lined up to board a plane but the staff managed to identify myself using the screen picture despite the fact I was wearing a mask, sunglasses and a hat.
Truly appreciate the extra mile they went to get me the phone.
Food and freshly baked items are truly amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have read some of the reviews which say this is the best lounge in Europe, and I disagree. The staff are indeed lovely, I cannot fault that. The food selection is also quite good - unless of course you're vegan. I'm not vegan by the way, I just can't have milk products as I'm allergic. The only options for me were fruit salad, green salad, water, juice.....you get my drift. After having paid for a business class ticket, I would have expected to at least be able to eat a small snack of some sort, that wasn't sour pieces of apple. I hate to sound ungrateful as the lounge is beautiful, but I guess I'm a bit disappointed at the selection of food, especially since so many people are vegan now......good luck if you're travelling through here during Veganuary!!!!
