★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un ‘esperienza da incubo, abbiamo stipulato io e mia madre due polizze sanitarie; consegnate le fatture di prestazioni mediche da rimborsare nel 2019, a tutt’oggi ancora dobbiamo ricevere i soldi.
Fatture andate perse e probabilmente mai consegnate alla compagnia di assicurazione.
Dopo 2 anni di solleciti e prese in giro continue ho dovuto riprendere in mano personalmente la situazione, rischiando ora di non essere più rimborsata in quanto trascorsi più di due anni.
Per carità scappate finché potete….gente irresponsabile che non fa’ il proprio lavoro…da denuncia…
..Può rispondere quello che vuole, ma continuo a ripetere carte alla mano che su due polizze sanitarie una mia e una di mia madre dopo due anni ci sono ancora fatture da liquidare per importi importanti che ho scoperto non essere mai arrivate al’Assicurazione…ci penserà ora il mio Legale…

After 2 years of continuous reminders and teasing, I had to personally pick up the situation, now risking not to be reimbursed since more than two years have passed.
For heaven's sake, run away as long as you can ... irresponsible agent who doesn't do their job ... as a complaint ...
.. He can answer whatever he wants, but I keep repeating cards in hand that on two health policies one of mine and one of my mother after two years there are still bills to be paid for important amounts that I discovered never reached the Insurance ... my lawyer will take care of it now ...
