Essendo una nuova apertura mi aspettavo qualcosa di innovativo e buono a differenza di quello che ho trovato. Il servizio non è organizzato bene, manca una figura pratica che guidi "la baracca" in modo tale da non avere comande a singhiozzi e che le cose arrivino nel tempo giusto soprattutto se c'è qlc banchetto nell'altra sala...nn puoi farmi arrivare le patatine dicendomi k mi stai portando le salse, quando in realtà nn arriveranno e viceversa in altro tavolo fare al contrario...non dimenticare il cliente al tavolo dopo l'accoglienza, possibilmente già pronto all'ordinazione o avente bisogno di delucidazioni, qnd averne cura magari mettendo una persona in sala attenta alla situazione così da evitare che il cliente si alzi e rincorra il personale x chiedergli qlc mentre quest'ultimo è impegnato nel servizio di un altro tavolo possibilmente anche parecchio distante dal suo...
